Every Sunday at Systems 8 fightclub In Hawthorn I open the gym for free to anyone who wants a place to hone there skills or try something new. The main focuses are control (ground, standing, & cage) and getting a good core work-out. Every week different people show up with different skills it’s chance to lean and try your skills against something new.
